All of the Products and Instruments featured in our online store are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. Should a fault occur we will wither replace the item or your money will be refunded in full upon return with carriage paid as per our terms and conditions below.

All products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a three month period. This does not apply to any products that have been misused, abused, dropped, modified, altered in any way or worn out from use. Prior approval from Equine Dentist Equipment Is required for all warranty returns. Warranty is restricted to the original purchaser only. Liability under all warranties, express or implied, shall be limited to replacement or credit of the product value only.
Prices are calculated at the time of checkout, we use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for UK and International deliveries. We work to a 1-2 working day processing time prior to dispatch of your order.
Conditions of Sale
Goods sent on approval will be considered as a sale if not returns within 10 days in good condition and carriage paid. Instruments that have been used, those specifically made or procured to order are not returnable for credit.
Title of all goods remains with Equine Dentist Equipment until paid for in full.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Equine Dentist Equipment at the prices in effect at time of despatch. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Return of Goods
Prior authorisation is required in order to return goods. When approval for a return has been given, transportation charges back to Equine Dentist Equipment should be pre-paid by the customer. A 20% re-stocking charge will be applied. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Returned goods will not be accepted after a period of three months from the date of purchase has passed.

Eye protection and other safety equipment must always be used when working with any instruments or tools. Tools may break or shatter when in use.
